Wymondham Archers is a family and community friendly archery club, run entirely by volunteers. We are a registered Charity, and we run a series of events and beginners courses throughout the year to increase the participation of Archery.
St. George's Day Tournament (Non Record Status)
25th April 2026 : 10:30am
Celebrate St. George with Wymondham Archers! For a small fee you can tackle a St. George, Albion, or Windsor round. Medieval fancy dress is encouraged—so dust off your tunics and tights. Come slay some golds; it’s much safer than fighting actual dragons, and significantly better for your arrows!

Each metre you conquer with your bow is converted into a kilometre in our lunar logbook. Our ultimate goal? Reach the moon! And, of course, make a safe return trip. Every ticket you snag for this lunar leap helps propel your chosen charity towards the stars! ✨

Wymondham Archers proudly presents an English Longbow Only tournament, where only the purest form of archery prevails. This event offers a unique challenge for all longbow enthusiasts.
If you have a longbow come along and have a shoot - All archers must be a member of AGB
English Longbows only with NO kissers, sight bands or use of ground markers etc. Wooden arrows only with feather fletchings
The round shot will be a Western
Immerse yourself in a day of focused & traditional competition at our outdoor range in Barnards Fields, Wymondham.
