These one-off sessions, lasting an hour and a half, are held at all our hubs and led by Early Years Support Workers. Join the Torbay Family Hub Free Antenatal Classes The Torbaby Solihull Antenatal Group is a 5 week program for expectant parents & their families who live in Torbay. This program covers topics that help you understand pregnancy, labour, birth, and your baby. Additionally, the group is led by Health Visitors and Midwives, ensuring professional guidance. Moreover, it provides an opportunity to meet other expectant parents and families in a nurturing environment. • Week 1: Helping You and Your Baby Through Pregnancy and Birth • Week 2: You, Your Baby, and the Stages of Labor • Week 3: Helping You and Your Baby Through Labor and Birth • Week 4: Feeding Your Baby • Week 5: Practical Session Booking is essential!
