FREE EVENT - Breath, Stress & health

Thursday 26 March 2026
Join Clare for a practical, science backed workshop that reveals why your breath is one of the most overlooked tools for feeling, thinking, and performing at your best. This isn’t breathing just to feel good. This is breathwork as your personal advantage. You’ll discover how your current breathing patterns influence your focus, stress levels, energy, mood, sleep, and even how you respond to everyday challenges often without you realising it. In this session, you’ll experience: one of my simple assessments to understand your own breathing habits The foundations of functional healthy breathing and what it looks like How your breath shapes your nervous system and emotional state This is a down to earth, accessible workshop designed to help you use your breath more effectively so you can move through life with more clarity, resilience and confidence. Who is Clare? Clare is a somatic stress and breathwork coach who helps individuals and organisations move from stress and survival mode into lives that feel grounded, energised and genuinely good. Her work is rooted in one core truth: when the body feels safe, everything else becomes possible. Her path into this field wasn’t planned. Years ago, she walked into what she thought was a meditation class and found herself in a breathwork session instead. On the outside, she looked like she was thriving. Inside, she was wired, stressed and constantly overthinking. That single session shifted something she didn’t yet have language for. It marked the beginning of reconnecting with her body after years of disconnection, and ultimately reshaped the direction of her life. Today, Clare blends simple science backed breathwork, nervous system education and somatic coaching to create transformative experiences for groups and individuals. Her facilitation is warm, trauma-informed and deeply practical, supporting people to build resilience, improve sleep and energy and access a more regulated, empowered and fun way of being.
