Happymess Hub

Between Wednesday 17 December 2025 and Wednesday 11 February 2026
Exciting news — Happymess is becoming Happymess Hub! For the next 25 weeks, we’re thrilled to run Happymess Hub a fun, free session funded by Bristol Family Hubs as part of a Test and Learn Pilot. When: Wednesdays, 10–11am Where: In our cosy canopy (now with quieter heating!) Cost: FREE Bring your little ones aged 0–4 for a relaxed morning of play, connection, and discovery. There’ll be: A sensory corner with toys, books & a blanket area Family play & craft activities Free tea, coffee & squash (plus biscuits for a small donation!) And each week, families can take home a frozen meal made by our RCG chefs! Happymess Hub is also a great space to find out about local family support services and to tell us what would be most useful for you to learn about. Each booking is for 1 child + 2 adults, and you can book online or simply drop in (subject to capacity). If you’re bringing more than one child, please make an additional booking. We can’t wait to see you there and make Wednesdays your new Happymess Hub Day!

Be Yourself

Be Creative will meet weekly on Monday afternoons 12-1pm at Redcatch Community Garden in the Canopy, which is a heated indoor area within the Garden. This group is aimed at those who are aged 11-16years, neurodiverse (diagnosed or un-diagnosed) , and unable to access full time education. This is an opportunity to share interests, cook and chat. The session is led by experienced Session Practitioners and would be particularly appropriate for those with high energy who may need space and support to socialise. Booking is essential as this group is likely to be very popular. Please contact Sophie to join the waiting list. This is being funded by The Hargreaves Foundation.

Be Creative

Be Creative will meet weekly on Monday afternoons 2-3pm at Redcatch Community Garden in the Burrow, which is a covered, private outdoor area. This group is aimed at those who are aged 11-16yrs who have anxiety, are neurodiverse (diagnosed or non-diagnosed) or are not able to currently access full-time education. This is an opportunity to craft, create and chat in a calm and supported environment. The session is led by experienced Session Practitioners. ADHD Women's Circle

Monthly Wednesdays, 6-8pm PAYF on a sliding scale - please see ticket options Includes a hot drink and cake at half time! Facilitated by an experienced meditation teacher and art therapist. Join us for two hours of relaxation, creativity and connection (with nature, ourselves and each other) with like-minded people. Sessions involve a mix of activities to help you relax and connect. * Check ins and check outs * Meditation and breathwork * Somatic exercises * Art and nature-based activities * Time for informal chatting, integration and reflection Held monthly at Redcatch Community Garden - in our heated Canopy (safari tent) and beautiful garden setting. Preschool Theatre Workshops!

Join us at Red catch Community Garden for our Preschool Theatre Workshops exploring acting, music, prop making and our imaginations! For 2-5 year olds and their grown-ups! £8 per child, per workshop. Younger siblings are welcome and can join in where appropriate, but workshops are designed for 2yrs+ and props will only be provided for those with a booked ticket. Decades Disco for over 50s!

Put on your dancing shoes and strut your stuff to Decades Disco Tunes from the 60s, 70s and 80s! All levels of boogie welcome - from two-stepper to disco diva! Earlybird tickets (online) are £5 and there will be limited tickets available on the door for £6. Licensed bar serving alcohol, softs and snacks available! Junk Modelling
