This one-hour webinar explores common legal structures for clubs and community organisations. This webinar is an information giving session with only a small amount of interaction with the delegates. Signposting for further legal advice will be given.
By the end of this session, delegates will be able to:
• Identify the importance of organisational structures
• Identify the different types of legal structures
• Explore which structure is right for their organisation.
The session is suitable for the following:
• trustees including the chair and treasurer
• other committee members or senior leaders in an organisation
• group leaders who are looking to incorporate their organisation
