We don’t receive government funding, so events like these are a vital part of how we keep going—and growing! Each year, our goals get a little bigger, and with your help, we can reach them.

M3 Job Club (M3JC) is a friendly, local charity supporting business professionals in North Hampshire, Surrey, and Berkshire who are returning to work after redundancy or a career break. Since 2010, we’ve helped over 2,580 members rebuild confidence and careers through our 16-week, coaching-led programme, delivered three times a year. Sessions are run by expert volunteers from local businesses, offering practical advice, networking, and personal development.
We also partner with companies of all sizes to extend our impact. Businesses can support us by sponsoring our programme or venue, volunteering to lead sessions, or making a donation.
Together, we’re helping people regain their footing and contribute to a stronger, more resilient workforce.
