The Walters Method (TWM) relieves emotional distress, empowers and enhances greater self-understanding. It transforms lives, sometimes after 1-3 sessions, giving clarity on how to be; how to deal with difficult emotions; how to find meaning and be fulfilled.
It can be used at times of challenge and uncertainty or as a daily practice.
It is a pluralistic, body-based psychotherapy focusing on felt sensatiions - client don't need to talk about their issues.
No specific qualifications are required but you must be willing to work on your own issues.
This is a year long course. The commitment will be around 400 hours. You will gain an experiental understanding of TWM, develop yourself as a practitioner and explore how the Method fits with other psychotherapeutic interventions.
You will be supported as you develop your practice. Most will gain their diploma and accreditation in TWM by the end of the course or over the next year.
