LIve Teaching Clinic

Friday 28 August 2026
Watch a live demonstration of TWM followed by a Q and A. In the session you can experience a deep meditation, You will be asked to help create a confidential, supportive space and abide by TWM's ethos of not judging, colluding or fixing others on the call. If you wish, introduce yourself and share any challenges you are meeting in your journey to becoming calmer, more compassionate and clear about your purpose and direction at this time in your life. Then you can observe a demonstration of a TWM exercise followed by a Q and A. A follow-up with an accredited practitioner will be available should you want one after the call. TWM is a unique way of  freeing you from trauma and limiting beliefs without the need for raking over painful memories  It’s a form of psychotherapy where emotions are found in the body and then simply released  The method was founded by PhD Clare Walters more than 15 years ago and is now used to transform lives of many.  It is evidence-based and trauma-safe. It guides you in how to find your own truth and solutions by bypassing the controlling and often anxious mind,  It helps you find your inner strength and courage and empowers you to act from there •  It gives you tools to use if needed in the future and through that builds lasting resilience

TWM monthly online meditation and spiritual discussion group

Monday 14 September 2026
This group is for people to come together for a guided meditation followed by a chance to share your own challenges and celebrations (if you want to), a discussion and a chance to learn simple TWM exercises. It offers a little time to pause from everyday life and distractions and come together with like-minded people to re-centre, receive support and reconnect with our inner knowing. Join our meditations to: Connect with like-minded people. Take a breath and fall into a place of quietness and soulfulness. Come as you are – bring whatever you are carrying and let it be transformed. Feel accepted, respected, held and heard. Receive teachings and exercises that you can take away. This will be an inclusive group, sharing a gentle space to breathe and connect with our deep wisdom and feeling part of a supportive community. The meets will be held monthly by an experienced TWM practitioner (Usually Hazel). These can be your contact point to connect with a community of people who choose to live with increasing understanding of ourselves and our needs and to grow in compassion and love for others and the world. We will share a meditation, our truth and, if we want to, each have space to check in with how we are. You are welcome to attend with your camera off if you prefer. The aim is to create a trusting and safe space and explore ways of being more alive and joyful in whatever circumstance we find ourselves. The Walters Method is a felt-sense practice that allows you to uncover and gently release all that is keeping you from being the best version of yourself. There is growing evidence of how it transforms lives in as little as 3 one-hour sessions, and used as a daily practice it builds inner peace, presence and clarity of purpose. The sessions will normally be run by Hazel Bamber - after more than 10 years of working with AS and now TWM or TWM (formerly known as AS) as both a practitioner and supervisor Hazel has semi retired and leads the monthly meditation Satsang/ Community hub as she is passionate about supporting the work of TWM to be available as widely as possible and for people to feel part of a like minded community!
