In the depth of winter, embrace the healing power of plants to support your health.An immersive workshop exploring seasonal foods, herbs and spices, and easily identifiable wild foods to benefit your health and well-being to help you thrive during the colder months.
You will have the opportunity to sample herbal drinks and delve into the traditional uses of plants in home remedies to stave off winter ailments.
A highlight of this workshop is the hands-on preparation of Fire Cider.
Learn how to craft your own Fire Cider using ingredients commonly found in the kitchen and garden.
This is a traditional remedy celebrated for its ability to help aid digestion and boost immunity, an excellent addition to your autumn wellness toolkit.
You will take home your own personalised jar of Fire Cider at the end of the workshop.
