Our tour today takes to Heartbeat Country and Whitby. We travel first to Goathland which is nestled in the North Yorkshire Moors it feels easy to be transported back to the 1960s where the TV Series Heartbeat was filmed. Our journey then continues on to Whitby with its connections to Captain Cook and Dracula. With its bustling harbour overlooked by the Gothic ruins of Whitby Abbey and narrow streets and fine Georgian town-houses built during Victorian times Whitby became a highly fashionable spa resort.Date
