About
This group normally meets at the Glazert Hotel in Lennoxtown on the second Monday of the month.Caring for someone can be exhausting and isolating. Our Carers Cafes are monthly get togethers where carers can chat with other carers over coffee. They provide carers with a break from caring and give them the opportunity to build supportive friendships based on shared experiences. The groups also allow carers to share ideas, tips and useful information with each other, and there is often a speaker on a specific topic requested by the group.
