YOGA : DANCE : FOOD Spring Beginnings is a 5 hour workshop embracing the season of emergence and potential offering the opportunity to move, feel, reflect and connect.The afternoon will be held by experienced practitioners Katy Szarko and Victoria Robinson who have created a workshop that brings together their love of creative, embodied movement and hearty food. It's the kind of workshop that they'd love to go to.
Embodied Yoga with Katy invites an opportunity to explore, to stretch, to move and to feel into sensations. No crazy postures, just kind guided movement offering the opportunity to explore what feels good, what feels right, what feels true in your body, on the day.
Conscious Dance with Victoria offers a pathway into movement through a varied musical landscape. You'll be invited to notice the way your body wants to move to the different rhythms as the soundscape changes. If you can move you can conscious dance!
Ayurvedic inspired food, homemade, with love.
Things to know:
This workshop is suitable for everyone. Complete beginners, seasoned yogi’s and experienced conscious dancers are all very welcome.
The group size for Spring Beginnings will be a maximum of 12 people.
The age range of participants is wide. As long as you are 18+, committed to taking part in the whole workshop, whether that's from a seated position or on your feet, you'll be welcome and a wonderful addition to the group.
Dietary requirements and food no-no’s will be catered for. You’ll be asked about this on booking.
All you need to bring is yourself. Yoga mats and rugs are provided.
There is free onsite parking.
Cost is £65 per person plus £3.40 booking and processing fee.
