String Workshop with Maja Bugge & George H-M
About
Maja and George have created this workshop to help beginner string players feel more confident in their instrument, and develop their group performance skills quickly. We aim to assist anyone with skills ranging from beginner up until Grade 4.At our workshop, we will practice a mixture of scales and basic techniques, before moving on to rehearsing some beginner-friendly string ensemble pieces. Our aim is to provide our students with the confidence that comes from playing in a group.

Location: Quaker Meeting House (subject to change - will stay within Lancaster)
Fee: £25. Refreshments free!
Recommended ability: Beginner - Grade 4
This workshop is a partnership between Maja Bugge and her student George H-M. George has been practicing the cello for ten years, and will soon be taking his Grade 8 ABRSM Cello exam. He has past experience teaching, and will be a wonderful addition to the classroom!
