Many of us grew up believing, consciously or not, that love had to be earned.
Through achievement, obedience, self-sacrifice, perfection, or being “good.”
When love becomes a currency, we bend ourselves into shapes that keep us accepted, needed, or praised.
But the cost is high: we lose connection to the truth of who we are when we are not striving, pleasing, or proving.
This session invites you to gently unravel the old story that love depends on performance, and to return to love as a choice rather than a transaction.
A love that includes you.
A love that does not need to be earned.
