AURA was created from a genuine desire to bring together like-minded female founders, business owners and corporate women who want more than surface-level networking.

AURA was founded by Nicola, a Positive Psychology Coach specialising in female empowerment and wellbeing.
Positive Psychology is the science of happiness, fulfilment and human potential - and at the heart of this work is one powerful truth:
The quality of your life is deeply influenced by the quality of your relationships.
Nicola is passionate about creating a community where women can connect authentically, elevate their mindset and unlock their potential - supported by science, self-belief and shared experience.
