Our businesses are multigenerational, with many now being made up of 4 different generations. How can we ensure that we leverage the skills, knowledge, and experience of all generations, crossing generational boundaries to promote collaboration, belonging, and drive organisational performance?In this session we will share more about our approaches at PM+M and how we have empowered our younger generation to explore strategic questions and provide recommendations to the partnership. We’ll discuss our “Support Squad” Coaching and Mentoring programmes and invite participants to consider how they are addressing generational differences in their businesses, offering the opportunity to develop new insights, and share best practice across the NWEEG network.
