Using "facilatated conversations" for disputes and conflict

Conflict and disputes are a common part of community and group settings and learning how to work with these can be extremely difficult and stressful and can also lead to greater understanding of different needs.This workshop will explore and practice one particular technique, “facilitated conversions” to help in these situations.
Led by Anna Clayton, the workshop will explore: The facilitated conversation approach and will give space for sharing other approaches.
There will be plenty of time to practice in small groups.
