A cosy midwinter sound bath offering warmth, rest and quiet. Soft, spacious sounds encourage deep relaxation, helping to release tension and calm a busy mind, a chance to hibernate for a short while during the colder winter months.No experience is needed, just come as you are and allow yourself time to rest and restore.
Doors open at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start
