This is not a series of workshops.
It is a contained, facilitated process for women who want to step into the year ahead with clarity, self-trust and grounded direction without forcing, performing or overriding themselves.
Over three weeks, we work with the same three signature movements as the in-person salon, but slowly, deliberately, and with integration.
This allows insight to land, patterns to shift, and new ways of leading yourself to take root.
How this Intensive Works
We meet once a week for three consecutive weeks, live on Zoom.
Each session builds on the last, allowing time between meetings for reflection, noticing, and real-life application.
This is group coaching, not a lecture, not a course, and not something to consume passively.
