Join me for a yoga morning exploring the balance between movement (shakti) and stillness (Shiva), effort and rest.
Inspired the gentle idea of stillness and energy, and by the natural balance of the Spring Equinox, this session offers a calm, steady practice with time to pause, reflect and integrate.
The morning will include gentle flowing sequences, grounding postures, and a longer final relaxation.
