This training course will be led by Jane Bee, the SEA Safeguarding Advisor and includes Adult safeguarding.
Your safeguarding culture is only as strong as your weakest link. Where does your responsibility for safeguarding begin and end in terms of your commercial activities? Is it good enough to simply understand the lessors’ DBS status? While safeguarding is certainly the lessor’s duty, it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that those using your property have safeguarding in place and that risks are identified and minimised. What are the questions you need to ask in order to do this for each of your lettings?
