Join us to explore our new Stop Motion Animation Toolkit, designed to promote well-being and social connection for clients, patients, and families.
This half-day event includes:
✅ A screening of a stop motion film created by people living with dementia and their families
✅ A hands-on workshop where you can try the stop motion activity yourself
✅ Tea/coffee and lunch provided
✅ FREE entry to Beamish Museum for the whole day

Schedule
10:00 AM – Tea/coffee at the 1950’s cinema
10:20 AM – Film screening (1950’s cinema)
11:00 AM – Stop motion workshop (1900’s bank board room)
1:00 PM – Lunch (Cookson Tea Rooms)
Beamish Museum opens at 10:00 AM. Please arrive promptly to use museum transport to the 1950’s cinema for the screening.
