Aimed at legal professionals, our financial planning team is hosting a Court of Protection seminar with guest speaker, Ben Slater from Nellie Supports.Nellie Supports is the UK's largest independent social work practice, providing court-ready evidence for complex decisions: Mental Capacity Act assessments, care-needs and cost reports, life-expectancy reports and EHCP social-care assessments.
Ben Slater is the Practice Lead and Managing Director for Nellie Supports, with 8+ years’ experience delivering decision-specific mental capacity assessments, specialising in complex and contested matters. He is also a certified Montreal Cognitive Assessor and Lichtenberg Financial Vulnerability Assessor.
The seminar will cover key aspects surrounding capacity assessments, including:
