NEW for 2026 Join us for Walk the Wheel.Choose from 5, 10 or the full 21 mile walk that follows the route of the Guild wheel around Preston
Join us with friends, colleagues and family and help raise funds for any area of Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Charity. You can support any area of the Trust from Baby Beat and Children's Services to MND, the Burns unit or the SAFE centre. Just select your fund from the drop down box when you click to register.
This popular, scenic 21-mile (34 km) circular walking and cycling route encircles the city of Preston. It is mostly traffic-free, utilising off-road paths, quiet roads, and sections of the National Cycle Route 622, making it suitable for all abilities and families.
