A 90-minute walking tour in the historic centre of Cambridge in which you will learn about C S Lewis' life in Cambridge after he moved from Oxford in 1954. Led by a qualified Green Badge Tourist Guide of Cambridge who is a Lewis' enthusiast.
C S Lewis needs little introduction as many of his books are read by millions every year and the film and theatre adaptations of his literary works continue to have a worldwide audience.
The author of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe was a man of many talents, and so by the end of tour you will clearly understand how and why. Whenever possible, a few lines from his writings will be read or quoted during the tour.
This is a tour that will appeal to visitors, local residents and Lewis' fans. No previous knowledge of C S Lewis is expected or assumed.
