Table fee £15 for Single Pitch 6ft / £25 for Double Pitch 12ft. (There is a processing fee when booking my events online, I have taken this into account with the base price of the tables, so still believe they are competitive prices.)
Parking is available at the venue.
You are only permitted to sell or offer the products and services listed on your registration form. This is to ensure fairness and reduce doubling up on stallholders.
You must have (and provide a copy of) valid Public Liability Insurance for your products/ Company as any injuries caused on/by your own stall/products is not covered by the Event Organisers or the Venue, and you will be liable.
Bookings cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
It is your responsibility to check event details, including start times and specific rules, and arrive at the event on time These will be confirmed on the online booking link under ‘Event’ Terms and Conditions. Tables and chairs will be provided unless stated within the Terms and Conditions. Pitch cost / Table Size may differ per location – please see booking link for costs.
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or eject anyone violating the terms’ if this happens, you are not entitled to a refund.
You may only sell / provide the services listed above, the organiser has the right to remove any items which do not comply.
The organizer reserves the right to make alterations to the published event program where reasonably necessary.
Please ensure that you leave your area clean and tidy following the event and take ALL of your own rubbish home with you after the event.
