Enjoy a restorative small group spa day with LAFS at the beautiful Sketchley Grange.
Your day includes:
Hot drink on arrival
Full access to the pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym
A 25‑minute ESPA treatment (choose from massage, facial, manicure, pedicure or foot treatment)
Complimentary robe and towel use (please bring your own suitable poolside swimwear and footwear e.g. swimming costume and flip-flops)
Light lunch included - keep your robe/ flip-flops on for lunch
A calm, gentle day for up to eight LAFS ladies, designed to help you unwind — with time to get home for the school run if you need to.

Minimum age: 16
Experience runs 10am–4pm (approx. 6 hours)
Please share dietary requirements when booking
No pressure to stay with the seven other female parents/ carers, so just take your own space to unwind as you need to.
