Bloom with Berry Monthly Sauna Sessions 🔥🌿

Bloom with Berry and Howgills Hideaway are excited to invite you to our monthly Sauna Ritual and Social Sauna at Birch Sauna, nestled away in the stunning Howgill fells.

Come and experience the heat and cold in our wood fired sauna and ice tubs. Bring a partner, a friend, or just your lovely self and soak up the good stuff: warmth, connection and that post-sauna glow.

There are two sessions running - choose one or choose both!

🌿Guided Sauna Ritual

A sensory journey inspired by Lithuanian sauna traditions

Step into our wood-fired sauna and be guided through a traditional sauna ritual inspired by Lithuanian sauna culture. With rhythm, breath, heat and steam, we slow things right down.

Expect waves of warmth, fragrant steam infused with seasonal botanicals, gentle guidance, moments of quiet and moments of joy. Nature is invited in — through scent, sound and ritual — helping your body soften and your mind finally quieten. Using gentle whisking techniques with birch and oak, you're body and muscles will be soothed like never before.

Between rounds, cool off under open skies or in the cold tubs, sip warming tea and infused water. Rest for a while afterwards in the yurt - cosy, grounded, held.

Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed.
This is heat with heart. 🔥

🔥Social Sauna 

Want to stay and relax a while longer following the Sauna Ritual, or maybe just fancy a more Social Sauna, then this is the session for you!  A chance to relax in the heat and chat with friends or others 
What's included:

✨ What’s included in sessions:
🔥 Wood-fired sauna session (1 hr 15 for Sauna Ritual or 60 minutes Social Sauna - 2hr 15 if choosing both sessions!)
🌿Fiona, your host on hand to help keep the fire warm, provide drinks and lead the ritual in the Sauna Ritual session. 
❄️ Cold tubs for brave dips and joyful squeals
🍵 Our cosy yurt for changing, resting and sharing a hot drink
💛 Easy chats, laughter and that “ahhh” feeling 

No pressure. No pretence. Just heat, heart and good company.
