When an overenthusiastic inventor triggers a spectacular explosion in the otherwise pristine Victorian village of Upton Snodsbury, it couldn’t come at a worse time. With the coveted Village of the Year Award just days away, the long-suffering residents finally decide they’ve had enough of eccentric outsider Horace.

What begins as polite frustration quickly escalates into collective outrage. Determined to protect their spotless reputation at any cost, the villagers make a drastic decision: Horace must go. Exiled to the depths of the Amazon rainforest, he is forced to survive in the wild alongside his staff, battling unforgiving terrain, ferocious beasts, and... cannibalistic tribes.

Adventure Is Out There is a fast-paced, high-energy new play packed with heart. It is a joyful celebration of curiosity and courage, and the play reminds us all that sometimes the greatest adventure is daring to let people be themselves.

Main Theatre Doors Open: 40 minutes before showtime.

Ticket Info: Please have your tickets ready on your mobile or printed. Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable time as the entrance to the auditorium is via the stage.

Pushchairs: Can be left in the foyer at your own risk (not allowed in the theatre space).
