This informal, participatory, 3hr, face to face workshop is aimed at people managing or coordinating volunteers
It is an open and friendly environment for sharing good practice
Contents include - recruiting, screening, supporting, managing, retaining, acknowledging, recognising and exiting volunteers
Volunteer Managers workshop includes an introduction to the Quality Mark standards and self assessment forms a mandatory part of the accreditation that can be attained.
