Mindfulness, Movement & Connection.A welcoming space to gently reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, meditation, and guided journalling. Afterwards, share coffee, conversation, and connection with our lovely community.
No experience needed — every body is welcome.
After a successful first event at the end of 2025, Her Q continues to bring people together at our monthly gatherings!
Hosted by Eli Williams- Dance Artist and Yoga Teacher.
