Hi, I’m Faye, founder of Four Rivers Retreat & serial entrepreneur! I have previously started, scaled & sold a £1m business. Over 17 years, I built a thriving, scalable business that saw me working just 2 days per month! I want that for more people!
My passion is for bringing awesome women together for connection and collaboration - without competition. I want to make coaching & mentoring accessible to everyone through retreats, networking & 1:1 sessions. My vision is to share years' worth of experience, knowledge & tools to help you succeed & not fail!

I’m Susie Sprigg, Founder of Show The Light and Co-Owner of WIBN (Women in Business Network) - known by many as The Connector.
Five years ago, I started my business, and I knew no one in business, so I got busy networking. What began as a DISC training business has grown into a movement that empowers women to connect, communicate, and confidently show up as themselves.
Through WIBN, Show Your Light events, masterminds, and collaborations, I’ve brought together thousands of women who are ready to build relationships that create impact, income, and influence.
As a Networking Strategist and Business Mentor, I help women move from connection to collaboration, from conversation to opportunity — creating business growth through genuine human relationships.
My mission is simple but powerful: to help women believe in themselves, amplify their brilliance, and step boldly into spaces where their light can truly shine.
