This specialist course equips HR professionals in tourism, hospitality, leisure, and cultural organisations with the knowledge and tools to support neurodivergent employees and applicants—strengthening culture, compliance, and workforce resilience.

Through expert-led sessions grounded in current research and best practice, participants will gain:
