As we step into the Lunar New Year and rise with the new moon, we enter a potent season of release, renewal and brave new beginnings. The Year of the Fire Horse calls us into vitality, courage and forward movement. It invites us to shed old skins and reclaim the life force that longs to move through us.

The body is a miracle and the breath is one of our most powerful tools for healing and transformation. This gathering is a space to slow down, soften and listen deeply. A space to nourish body mind and soul as an act of devotion to your own becoming.

We will open the heart through a sacred cacao ceremony using ancient plant medicine to reconnect you with inner wisdom, clarity and truth. Guided shamanic processes, conscious breathwork and the gentle magic of blessed sound tools will support deep release and restoration.

This immersive healing journey is designed to help you let go of what no longer belongs to you, including old stories, ancestral patterns and emotional residue carried through the body. You will be supported to reconnect with your inner fire, rest deeply and integrate what arises so that change can land gently and sustainably.
