Holi Event
About
Bolton School will be hosting its first ever cross foundation colour run on the 2nd of March to celebrate the Hindu festival of Holi, also known as the Festival of Colours. Please be sure to join us on this inclusive, active and joyous occasion! Parents and carers are warmly invited to attend as spectators.
The event programme is as follows:

Booking on to this event is giving consent for your child to take part in the colour run and further details of this can be found below.
While clean zones will be available for students to brush off excess Holi powder after the run, some colour may remain on clothing at pick-up. As a result, a small amount of powder may transfer to vehicles. The powder used is non-toxic and washable; however, we recommend that students wear old clothes.
IMPORTANT-Participation in the colour run is open to Senior School students from BD AND GD ONLY
Clothing & Equipment Requirements
Please ensure your child brings and wears appropriate clothing:
- White T-shirt or an old school uniform shirt
- Old joggers/bottoms that can be permanently stained
Mandatory:
- Sunglasses (to protect eyes from powder)
- Bandana or face covering (to help prevent powder entering mouth/nose) for all pupils in years 7-11 and pupils with respiratory conditions such as asthma etc BUT recommended for ALL.
