The Future of Jobs - Humans, AI and the World of Work

The Future of Jobs - Humans, AI and the World of Work

About

What job opportunities will there still be in an AI World, and how do we adapt and prepare in order to excel.

The conference explores how artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the world of work, which jobs are likely to change or disappear, which new jobs will be created, and—most importantly—what skills young people will need in order to thrive in the future. Get the inside track on what the world of work will look like in 10 or 20 years , and how to futureproof your career opportunities by making good decisions right now.

As AI continues to reshape industries, job roles, and pathways into employment, schools are increasingly at the forefront of preparing young people for a future that will look very different from the one we know today. This conference will explore how AI is transforming the labour market, how employers are adapting their recruitment practices, and what this means for education, skills development, and career guidance.

The Future of jobs: Humans, AI and the World of Work conference will take place on Monday 2nd March at 19:30, at Queen Anne’s School, and will bring together experts in AI, education, and workforce development, alongside school leaders, teachers, parents and students themselves to consider practical questions such as:

- How AI is changing career trajectories and skill requirements
- What employers are now looking for in young people
- How schools can best prepare pupils for an AI-enabled world
- The opportunities and challenges AI presents for education and work

Our panel of experts include Jo Wedlock - Brand Director at Vodafone, Frank Bothwell - Founder of Thomas Franks, Kamila Miller - Lecturer in Marketing at Henley Business School, Afiya (Fi) Titus, CEO & Co-Founder, Fineo AI, and Mungo Dunnett - Founder of MDA, a schools’ specialist and our Keynote Speaker.

We hope the conference will provide a valuable forum for discussion, insight, and collaboration as we navigate this fast-moving landscape with confidence and clarity.

Out conference is free to attend, but we invite all attendees to join us for supper beforehand, at a cost of £5.50 per person.

Supper will be at 18:30, with the conference commencing at 19:30.
