Lambing Barn Tours
About
This is your chance to spend time in the lambing barn at this special time of year!Your tour will last for approximately 35-45 minutes. You will meet the flock, learn all about the later stages of their pregnancy, what the signs of labour are, and find out how we look after the new mums and their lambs for the first few days after birth.
And then the best bit.......
You get to sit and cuddle the lambs whilst asking all those questions you are dying to ask but never really had the chance!
Tickets are £12 adults £8 for children under 15. The tours are not suitable for under 3s.
Things you need to know⬇️⬇️⬇️
⭐These tours are not suitable for pregnant ladies or if you think you may be pregnant.
⭐Please be aware that the lambing barn can be cold so wear appropriate clothing to keep warm. Also please wear something you don't mind getting dirty. You don't necessarily need wellies but we recommend sturdy footwear, again that you don't mind if they get dirty.
⭐Please note that the lambing shed is a place of peace and quiet so as not to cause distress to the sheep. During your visit we ask that you remain quiet and mindful so as not to disturb the tranquility.
⭐These tours are not suitable for children under 3
⭐As you will only be on site for a short time, toilet facilities are limited as in they are only accessible at the end of your tour. There are, of course, hand washing facilities for after handling the animals.
