Soul Medicine - Sauna, Dip & Stories by the Fire
About
Pete the Temp is joining us on the evening of Friday 8th May! Pete The Temp (aka Pete Bearder) is a poet, comic and author whose mission is to incite a spirit of carnival, wonderment and riotous love. We've seen and met Pete in various incarnations over the years and love his poetry and spoken word narration. His mystic wild energy perfectly matches the waterfall, and it will be a total pleasure hosting him here in May when the land is at it's most vital.
Pete has just released, and is touring his now book: Enchant: Field Notes for the Garden of Wow. What a night of Soul Medicine it'll be! 6.30-9.30pm www.petethetemp.co.uk
About Soul Medicine:
Our monthly Soul Medicine evening offer welcomes visitors each month to meet this place and be nourished. We combine spoken word performance following the transformative experience of our sauna, in our enchanting waterfall and meadow space.
A different speaker or artist will join a small group to share their passion.
After crossing the threshold, you'll enter the nourishing land and refreshing water for a full body, mind and spirit cleanse in the sauna and stream.
As the sun begins to set, the fire is lit and herbal teas are offered as we settle in circle to listen to our guest speaker/artist.
Times will alter as the days lengthen.
