Ginger Bakers was established in 2006. 20 years on and we are still doing what we love and are more passionate than ever. Demo: Looking at how we take an idea through to creating a product, with a focus on gluten free.
We will demonstrate how to make a good gluten free cake and then show ways in which it can be adapted and elevated giving you the confidence to be creative and innovative.
