Have you ever wanted to make art or write, but felt frozen by the blank page? Do you have a loud inner critic telling you you’re “not creative enough”?This is a warm, welcoming series of creative workshops designed to help you let go of perfection, build confidence, and connect with your creative voice.
Across six relaxed, supportive sessions, you’ll explore painting, drawing, poetry, and experimental writing as tools for expression rather than performance. Through playful prompts and gentle guidance, you’ll learn how to start without fear, trust the process, and enjoy making again.
This is not about being “good” at art or writing — it’s about permission, curiosity, and discovering what happens when you stop judging yourself.
By the end of the course, you will collaboratively create a beautifully printed book combining image and text. Each participant will receive a copy — a lasting reminder of what you made when you gave yourself permission to begin.
