Woodcote Rally 2026
About
Our annual pilgrimage to Woodcote Steam Rally takes place on the weekend of 11th and 12th of July 2026. We need volunteers to assist with car parking, and in return for your help there is free entry to the event, food and drink provided.We will have our own club stand and BBQ, and you will have the opportunity to display your bike at this popular family event.
The rally is held over two days and if you can volunteer for both days that's fantastic, but one day is brilliant as well. There is also the offer to camp overnight for volunteers, which could be a real hoot!
The event actually starts at 6pm on Friday 10th July, with a number of live bands, and other entertainment. So any members wishing to camp, could start on the Friday night, and have a full weekend experience.
The Chapter really needs your help with this one, and the more members who volunteer, the more fun is had, and lets not forget giving up your time is rewarded with chunk of money donated to our nominated charity Alexander Devine.
So sign up, have a laugh with your friends, and know your service is helping make a difference to someone who would be very grateful.
