Two full days of practical, evidence-based suicide intervention skills designed to empower you to make a real difference.
LivingWorks ASIST is widely recognised as the gold standard in suicide first-aid training, giving you the confidence, compassion and tools to recognise when someone may be thinking about suicide, have direct and supportive conversations, and work with them to develop a personalised safety plan. You’ll learn through engaging discussions, role-play, group practice and reflection, all in a supportive, face-to-face environment.
This workshop is for anyone aged 16+ - you don’t need any professional background to attend. Whether you’re a community volunteer, family member, colleague or service provider, this training helps you move from uncertainty to readiness, knowing how to step in and help when it matters most.

Please note: You must attend both days.
Timings:
- 09:00am – 5:00pm (each day)
- Arrival from 09:00am for registration and tea/coffee
- Please be ready to start by 09:30am
- 30-minute break for lunch
- Tea, coffee and light refreshments provided
- Please bring your own lunch
- 5:00pm finish
