Mindfulness & Breathwork – Wellbeing Development Sessions
Take a step towards a calmer, more grounded version of yourself with free Mindfulness & Breathwork development sessions designed to help you build resilience, improve emotional balance, and support your overall wellbeing. Led by Andrew Ingrouille, this 4‑week programme offers a gentle, supportive approach that’s ideal for young adults looking to understand their minds and develop healthy coping skills.
If you’ve ever felt stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure how to slow down, these sessions offer a relaxed and accessible way to learn techniques that genuinely make everyday life easier. With Andrew’s thoughtful guidance and our welcoming young person’s spaces, you’ll have the chance to explore mindfulness at your own pace and develop skills that stay with you long after the course ends.

What’s it all about?
Over the 4 weeks, you’ll learn the foundations of mindfulness and key breathwork techniques that help you manage emotions, reduce stress, and feel more present in daily life. The focus is on practical, real‑world tools you can use anywhere — not just during the sessions.
