Are you a community choir singer who loves to sing but feels lost when looking at sheet music? This friendly, accessible workshop is designed just for you!In this practical session, we’ll explore how to:
- navigate a piece of sheet music in a choir setting
- follow your specific voice part
- follow the lyrics
- keep your place
- recognise common symbols
- how to follow repeat marks
You’ll also be introduced to the basics of sheet music, including the stave, bars and note lengths, which will help with rhythm and timing of your choir songs.
