Join us for an evening, ahead of Easter, to learn about all things Lamb. With talks by our supplier, Ian Knight from Lakeland Lamb, buyer and Booths butchers academy colleagues talking you through the field to fork process and ending with a cooking demo and sampling from our wonderful chef Paul. We hope you'll be inspired to recreate dishes for Easter at home.
