Gong Bath - 10.30am - 11am

Join Maria from Wellbeing Studio for a relaxing and restorative Gong Bath, designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and increase a sense of calm and wellbeing. 

During a typical session, participants usually lie down or sit comfortably. So you're welcome to bring a mat or a reclining chair, warm blankets/sleeping bag, a pillow and water to drink. 

It's suitable for most everyone, apart from women in the first trimester of pregnancy, people suffering epilepsy, advanced stages of cancer, severe mental health issues, with pacemakers and those who'd have recent operations.

Yoga with Yin Yoga Flow 11am - 11.30am

Join us for a 30 min Rise & Shine Yoga to get you warmed up & energised for the day ahead!

These fun & interactive workshops are suitable for all abilities. Families with children 8+ are welcome!

You can bring your yoga mat if you have one, spare mats are also provided. To get the most benefit, wear loose comfortable clothes.

This session will take place in a first floor room.

Reclaim your Peace - Vitality Aligned 11.45am - 12.15pm

Feeling overstretched or like you’re carrying the weight of the world?

Join us to explore how "Radical Responsibility" can reclaim your peace.

We’ll be looking at an area of your life where you're feeling a little stagnant and moving toward a balanced and grounded place. You’ll leave with a lighter heart and a practical action to feel more empowered in a situation that matters to you.

What to expect:

30 minutes of gentle inquiry and reflection, involving journalling.

Participants will be seated. This session takes place in a first floor room. Suitable for age 16+.

What you need:

Bring some paper and a pen (but we will have spares).

Yoga and Mindfulness for Cancer 2.15pm - 2.45pm

Join My Mindful Coach for a session of gentle and restorative yoga and mindfulness for cancer.

This session will be seated and take place in a first floor room.

Suitable for 18+

You will be required to complete a questionnaire prior to taking part in the session.

Mindfulness Through Photography 2.30pm - 3pm

Join Welshot Imaging (UK) Limited for a gentle guided creative walk around the beautiful Betws-y-Coed.

Be inspired to use your camera (an iphone camera will do) to learn more about photography for mindfulness.

This isn't about technical settings or getting the 'perfect' shot. 

• It's about slowing down.
• Breathing a little deeper.
• Noticing light, texture, colour and shape.

Spending even a short amount of time being creative outdoors can help clear the mind, ease stress and reconnect us with the present moment.

This is exactly what this Welshot session is about.
