Katame-no-Kata Masterclass With Lewis Hannington & Jim ComptonCourse Content:
The aim of this course is to introduce players to Katame-No Kata.
Attendees can be assessed up to level 3, but must have 6 months between each examination level.
Katame-No-Kata satisfies the Kata requirements for 2nd Dan.
(Level 1 certificate is required for competitive, Level 2 for Technical).
This is a British Judo Association licensed coach education course worth one credit for revalidation.
All applicants must hold a current FULL BJA membership and be a minimum grade of 10th Mon or 3rd Kyu (Green Belt).
White judogi are to be worn on the day. 6th Dan and above are requested to wear their black belt.

About Lewis and Jim:
Lewis and Jim have been competing on the international Kata circuit for a number of years in Katame-no-Kata, including multiple European and World Championships, and achieved multiple international medals.
They both have a wealth experience with Katame-no-Kata, and Kata in general, and this course will give you a great opportunity to learn from some of the best in the country.
