Ready to slow down, reset, and discover a calmer, clearer version of yourself? Mindfulness & Breathworks is a four‑week journey designed to help you build practical skills that support your wellbeing every single day.

This programme is all about learning how to pause instead of react, understanding what’s really going on in your mind and body, and developing simple techniques that make life feel a little lighter. Whether you’re totally new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this course is a welcoming space to explore, reflect, and grow.

What’s in store?

Across the four sessions, you’ll be guided by Andrew Ingrouille as you explore the key skills and foundations of mindfulness, including:

🧠 Understanding the core principles of mindfulness
💬 Learning how to respond rather than react — bringing more clarity and compassion to yourself and others
🌿 Exploring the difference between primary and secondary experience
🕊️ Discovering the ‘doing’ and ‘being’ modes
🧘 Practising simple but powerful meditations
🌼 Bringing mindfulness into your everyday life
✨ Developing tools to live a wiser, calmer, happier life
