About

A Retreat to celebrate the arrival of Spring and connect with the possibility of new beginnings. A mixed day of yoga in the morning, mindful walking after lunch and meditation to finish in the afternoon. Hosted at Roseland Farm in Derbyshire and led by Kat Stephenson in the morning and Paulo Karat in the afternoon. Price includes tea / coffee throughout the day and a vegan-friendly lunch.
