Why: Many employers and Enterprise Advisers want to offer meaningful opportunities to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) but are unsure where to begin. This session aims to build confidence, increase understanding, and share practical approaches that make work experience more accessible and inclusive.
We invite you to take part in this collaborative session to:
- Strengthen understanding of how to support SEND young people in workplace settings.
- Explore simple, effective inclusive practices and adaptations.
- Hear directly from students about their experiences.
- Take away practical actions you can begin implementing immediately.
- Connect with peers committed to widening access and inclusion across South London.
