Your PTA are delighted to be able to offer all the children the opportunity to come to our Mother's Day Secret Shop during school time on Monday 9th March to choose and wrap a gift for a mother or female relative/carer. Each gift costs £3 and children will be able to select from a great range of gifts.If you would like your child/children to participate, please complete this form and payment by THURSDAY 5th of MARCH. Late bookings, after this date, will uncur an additional admin fee.
Please include all siblings on one form.
Clearly indicate the TOTAL number of gifts you would like ALL your children to buy on the first page, then who they are buying for on the next page.
